Issue Two: South Asian marriage culture
Through Brown Eyes are looking for written and visual art submissions for our second issue, on the topic of marriage within the South Asian community.
Submissions can take various forms, including personal essays, fiction, poetry, photography, and visual art. The theme is open to your interpretation. We are looking for pieces that explore the complexities of South Asian marriage culture; this can be fictional, factual, positive, or negative. We encourage submissions that challenge or discuss common stereotypes and showcase diverse perspectives.
We look forward to viewing your submissions and sharing diverse stories from the South Asian community.
If you are interested, please drop us an email at [email protected] or contact us via Instagram DM.
